The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities and executing actions to improve our digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms - existing and future. The purpose of the position is to increase the marketing effectiveness of our digital strategies in support and partnership with our product management team, market management team, sales team .
The desired mindset is to combine the art of design with the art of programming to make the link from graphical design and media to technical implementation. The position will over-lap, creative, communication, product and market management and technical implementation skills. The Digital Marketing Associate will report to the Marketing Director.
To create, manage & execute all aspects of Social Media marketing to increase engagement, reach and impressions.
The candidate will be involved in web design and development, and helping to grow and expand an e-commerce platform. Develop, execute and monitor Digital Advertising for lead generation and brand awareness. Research & manage new/existing Social Media and communication platforms for external & internal use. Monitor Digital Marketing impact, insights & metrics consistently reviewing and improving to drive customer engagements. Create & maintain calendar for all Digital Marketing posts, e-blasts and newsletters. Assist with SEM and SEO optimization and retargeting campaigns including related analytics.
- Requirements for this position include a Bachelors Degree in a related field along with at least 1 year of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
